At Rocking My Soul, we strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery security, and order modifications.
Complimentary Shipping
Orders shipping within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska) with an Order Total over $50.00 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery—depending on the best cost by package weight. The choice of provider for complimentary shipping will be determined by Rocking My Soul.
Shipping Methods & Timing
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The method is selected based on order weight, destination, and carrier availability.
- USPS Ground Advantage is used for most packages.
- FedEx or UPS are preferred for orders over 10 lbs, or for shipments over 2 lbs traveling across four or more USPS zones (such as shipments to the West Coast).
- Once your order is packed, we cannot make changes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order’s weight and the distance from our distribution center. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rocking My Soul is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or issues caused by the carrier. While most shipments are insured, refunds for a lost package depend on the outcome of the shipping provider’s insurance claim and are not guaranteed.
Stolen Packages
While we deeply empathize with the frustration of missing deliveries, Rocking My Soul cannot be held liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that packages are delivered to a secure location, especially if there have been issues with stolen packages in the past.

Address Changes After Shipment
Any change of address after a package has shipped will incur a $16.00 rerouting fee per box, as charged by the carriers.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you no longer want your package, you may refuse delivery. Once returned, we will issue a refund for the merchandise cost only. Original shipping and return shipping fees still apply.
International Shipping
We’re proud to serve customers worldwide. Please note:
- Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
- We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as restrictions and additional charges may apply.
- International orders do not qualify for shipping subsidies, such as free or discounted shipping thresholds.
International Delivery Times
International shipments typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services. Rocking My Soul cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments, and occasional delays are possible. Tracking is always provided.
